David Lynch likes to say, “The world is as you are, “ a reflection of your inner self.
Works of art reflect their maker. Lynch, a fiercely independent, personal, visionary artist, plumbs the deep waters of his subconscious for ideas, images and sounds that no one’s ever seen before.
This afternoon at the Teatro dei Differenti in Barga Vecchia, Massimo Salotti continued that probing and delving in the Lynchian mind frame with a mixed media performance involving sheets of music, paint, glue and video maker Stefano Cosimini, plus the eleven members of the Stereo  Tipi choir.

LYNCHIAN, –  “characteristic, reminiscent, or imitative of the works of David Lynch,. He is noted for juxtaposing surreal or sinister elements with mundane, everyday environments, and for using compelling visual images to emphasise a dreamlike quality of mystery or menace.”

Domenica 17 febbraio, alle ore 18, il foyer del Teatro dei Differenti di Barga (LU) ospita il consueto appuntamento con ‘Arti Differenti LIVE’, l’evento che mette in scena le Arti nei suoi linguaggi più variegati con un rimando alle peculiarità della stagione di prosa.
Ispirata a David Lynch, la performance ‘Nello Spazio del sogno’ ideata dall’artista e musicista di fama Internazionale MASSIMO SALOTTI, ci aiuterà ad entrare nel mondo onirico del famoso regista americano.
La performance vede l’intervento del videomaker Stefano Cosimini e la partecipazione straordinaria del gruppo vocale Stereo Tipi.
